Terms & Conditions
- Tuition is arranged in blocks of four half-hour lessons or two one-hour lessons. Blocks run continuously from one into the other. In the interest of maintaining student numbers please provide at least two week’s notice when planning to quit.
- Fees are due at the end of each block and must be paid in full at this time.
- Rescheduling a lesson is possible on the condition that 24 hours notice is provided and the lesson takes place within the same week.
- Unattended lessons are forfeited and non-refundable. Please ensure to book a time at which you are able to attend on a regular basis.
- Attendance on school holidays and public holidays is optional. Pupil free days must be attended.
- School camps are subject to the unattended lessons policy and are therefore forfeited in the event of absence. Rescheduling the lesson is recommended.
- No extra time is allocated to late arrivals, so be sure to come to the lesson on time.
